You will build relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and guide clients through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

- Assess clients' insurance and financial needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals and community engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

MUST OBTAIN PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE PRIOR TO START DATE
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
